Blackburn Conservatives are delighted to announce Sarah Morrison as our candidate for Mill Hill & Moorgate ward at the 2020 council elections.

Sarah is a strong local candidate who lives on Railton Avenue so has intimate knowledge of the issues facing the ward and will be easily accessible to local residents.
