Eyesore Sign Attached to Street Furniture

Cllr John Pearson has requested immediate action from the Council to complete the removal of unauthorised and eyesore advertising signs. The signs, advertising a taxi firm, sprang up on street furniture on Pleasington Lane and Billinge End Road.

Cllr Paul Marrow had earlier secured the removal of the unauthorised signs but the Council appeared to miss 7 of them. Cllr Pearson followed up with photographic evidence itemising the location of the remaining 7 and has now requested immediate action after the Council still failed to remove them within a month..
